How First Trade Protection works
If your first trade settles at a loss, we'll issue a voucher of up to $5 to your account within 1 hour. The voucher is separate from your account balance and comes with its own rules:

Valid for 3 days after distribution – unused vouchers expire automatically

Enable it at the trading screen by selecting "Use voucher"

Profits earned using the voucher can be withdrawn
Vouchers are limited to the
first 4,000 eligible new users.
How to get started
1. Place your first Predictions trade within 7 days from opening your account
2. Hold your position to settlement
3. If you lose, you'll receive a voucher within 1 hour.
4. Simply check "Use voucher" when placing your next order to activate it.
When using a voucher, you must not:

Close a position before market resolution, whether partially or in full

Hold positions on both sides of the same market simultaneously
